Harmonising Intention and Action : This workshop explains the development of the Shao Yin and the Tai Yang through the infant movements of creeping, crawling, walking and vocalising. Alchemy Qigong
Levels 1-3 of Alchemy Qigong run over three workshop weekends. When the client has completed level three they should have an understanding of the connection to the inner world and internal alchemy through the Qigong technique.

Movement, the Hidden Discipline
A series of three weekend workshops. As we come to know our movement preferences, habits and characteristics, we begin to understand the impact that we have on others and on our environment. And we register the impact that they, in turn, have on us. We remember that we are not alone and we can learn to feel among – not at the centre of – a situation.
